Year: 2016Pain Victoire is the main industrial bakery in Kinshasa. The company is present in the capital whit with two different bakeries.
CHALLENGE
Cooling systems plays a key role in food processing. Indoor climate and bacteria control, both in terms of air temperature as well as of humidity and air quality are essential for proper operation and food safety. The other part is the process cooling of water delivered to the mixers and other machines that produces the dough.
SOLUTION
Pain Victoire has opted to use MET services to trouble shoot , analyze and recommend solutions for existing cooling problems on the air side and food processing side. MET performed all required studies and recommendations, and put out a remedy plan that takes into account that no systems shut down is allowed. Currently, MET has started the replacement / repair plan with an expected completion period of six month.
